Here is a spectacular vintage East German DDR space age solid copper pendant lamp from VEB Metalldrüke, 1970s

This rare mid century light is an exquisite high quality design featuring solid copper rings making the pendant and belted with red acrylic detail.

Manufactured by VEB Metalldrüke, Halle, East Germany DDR / GDR

The condition is excellent with only a very light patina of age and the rare original excellent ceiling rose.

It works deals perfectly benefitting from a modern rewire retaining the original bulb holder and fixings and requires an Edison Screw E27 bulb.
