Everything is made the way it should be made, everything is placed by hand and glued by
hand.

An opal ring starts with an empty inlay channel, then we choice from our huge collection of
opal and powder selection. Resin or Glue is used mixed with opal and powder to make the
best-looking ring process.
Hand polishing, every ring is hand polished, which starts with dermal work and then goes
to the lathe to get the perfect polish finish.
The Sizes of the rings are very important, we need you to make sure that the size you give
us is the right one, please let ask me if need any help with this.

Something about me, I am a family man who started Ring making, I wanted to wear one but
me being someone who didn't want to buy one, made a bentwood ring from scraps from
work at the time. once I made that turned out I really enjoyed making them, I then went
into tungsten carbide blanks with an opal at the core of the product.

NOTE:

All items are made from real opal, adding that real touch to you and long-lasting items.
From the 12Th March 2022, I no longer take returns as items are made to order for you
the customer, please make sure the ring you order is the right size.

Products made by WillowTreeRings are doubled check before sending to you the
customer, to make sure you are getting the best service possible, If you ever have any
problems with one of our products, please just send us a message, and will get back to you
as soon as we can. which is normally within hours of your message being sent.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Select ring size, Add a listing into the basket, choose the payment method, proceed to
checkout, and continue as a guest if you don't have an Etsy account. We accept payment
through American Express and all major credit or debit cards.

SHIPPING TIME:

Your product will be ready to dispatch in between 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships we do
provide a tracking number.

Please note: the "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery"
date.
