Fun vintage Bakelite crib doll , Bakelite bunny, Authentic Tykie Crib Toy Rare and colorful for your bakelite collection & dolls ( I added a bow )

This is an authentic colorful crib toy from the 1940's, these type are featured in, “The Best of Bakelite”, book by Dee Battle and Alayne Lesser. The Tykie Toy Company (Piqua, Ohio), produced these and other whimsical crib toys during the 1940s.

The toy measures approximately 4.5” inches long, including the cord at the top with cherry ball finals .

@@ I tested him but did not want to polish him deals , I will let the collector do that so he's only polished once . He will be even prettier with a polish . I just love these rare hard to find crib toy!

Simichrome tested to be authentic Bakelite.

There is some mini or age and a few scratches ( see pictures) but otherwise very nice and rare piece and becoming more and more scarce . Fun to add to your bake light collection and or for your favorite dolls .
