The reticulated saucer has ornate open loops around it to match the handle of the cup. It is iridescent lusterware with heavy gold guilding around the reticulated edge. The hand painted pink lotus flower and gold leaves also match the teacup. It measured 6 in diameter and .75 in high. The cup and saucer in the pictures carry the Japan Nasco Del Corando sticker.
