Console was wiped down, tested and works great. Warranty seal still in tact so I left it be. Comes with oem power/av deals cables, oem controller, 8mb memory card & GTA 3 game. Game shows signs of wear but works as it should and comes with original poster. If you have any questions feel free to ask! I tried removing the marks on the top, they wouldn't budge. I stopped to prevent scuffing it up anymore than it already is.
