This boho wedding invitation set comes standard with white euro envelopes and the belly band shown but we can customize this package even more with a custom order.

Assembly:
Basic assembly is included. Basic assembly means the invitations will be mounted onto the backer so you don't have to figure out what adhesive will work best. Orders including envelope liners will also be pre-mounted so you don't have to. The belly band will also be assembled onto the invitation. The rest of the pieces in your order will be packaged separately so you can easily add addressing and postage to both sets of envelopes.

Deposit
If you love this invitation but want to customize it with your paper options, colors, fonts, embellishments, etc. you may place an order for a deposit. This will initiate the design process with a designer which will hold your hand throughout the entire process from picking the papers, envelopes and anything else you want to get your design just right. If you aren't sure what you want, please contact us before placing an order. We would be happy to help you figure out the details and provide you with a quote prior to placing an order.
If you need to have your order rushed, orders must be paid in full up front along with the rush fee. See below for more information on rush orders.
Quantity
If you love this design the way it is, the process is simple. Simple order the quantity you need using the drop down options. Then in the "notes to seller" before completing check out, include your wording, and text color changes. The flowers cannot be changed but the background can. We also have other twine color options as well. We'd be happy to help you with that.
White paper is also available instead of the natural white / cream.

Our Process:

1: Payment
To begin an order, simply purchase the listing for the quantity you desire. Shipping is included in orders more than 1 (sample).
If you have custom requests, please send us a message with details so we can further advise you on customization costs. You will then be required to purchase a deposit listing for the design process to begin on your order. (Raspberry Creative will NOT do any design work, proofs, etc. without an order or deposit.)
2: Provide your Personal Information
In a Message to the Seller, please provide the information required to create your proofs.

For custom invitation wording and/or custom-addressed envelopes, Raspberry Creative will provide forms to be completed that make the process quick and easy. If either of these apply to you, we will automatically email you these forms after receiving your order.
3: Proof Approval
You will receive a customized proof of all products in your order within 3 business days of payment. We will not do any additional work until we hear from you. The fast you respond, the faster we will be able to process your order.
Two rounds of changes are included in the price of your order. Additional rounds of changes are $25.00 each.
At the time of proof approval, your final balance will be due. We will not print or assemble anything until this payment is made.
Nothing prints until we have your OK!

Processing & Turn-around Time

For custom printed items shipped within the United States, processing takes 3-4 weeks till we ship. Please note: This time may vary depending on quantity ordered, current backlog and the speed we are able to get through the proofing process. The time it takes to proof is entirely up to you. The faster you are able to proof, approve and pay your balance, the faster production can begin! We will not rush orders that were held up do to delays in responses after proofs are sent. You are responsible for reviewing and responding after each round of proofs.
Proofs will not print, under any circumstances, until you have given your full written approval.
RUSH orders may be available at an additional fee, but you must check with me first. Any order under 3 weeks is considered a RUSH order. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on current schedule and ability to meet your requirements. They are not automatic and you must have your order set up for rush BEFORE ordering anything. We can not upgrade rush services to orders that have already been placed. Rush fees are 25% of the order total and we do not accept deposits for rush orders. Rush orders must be paid in full.
Free standard shipping is included on all orders. Orders over $500 will be upgraded to Priority at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We encourage you to message us with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing a listing.
Orders cancelled within 1 business day* of purchase will be fully refunded with the exception of samples. We do not provide refunds for samples once purchased due to our quick turnaround times.
*Our business week runs Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
Orders cancelled after receiving a custom proof will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; you will be refunded 75% of your total purchase price with a maximum fee of $100.
Orders cancelled after Raspberry Creative has begun the physical production process will not be refunded.

Due to the personalized nature of all invitations, Stationery, and Event Decorations: Refunds, Replacement or Exchanges are not possible. Samples are offered on most of our products for you to see what they look and feel like prior to ordering your full package and we urge you to order one first.
If there is a problem with a printed piece, please notify Raspberry Creative up to 7 days after delivery so I may determine the proper course of action. Raspberry Creative is NOT responsible for misprints due to incorrect spelling or incorrect information, it is your responsibility to fully and completely review your electronic proofs for any errors before giving production approval. Due to differences in computer screens, we cannot guarantee an exact match on colors for printed products.
