Does not include IPad or Apple Pencil. Includes both Apple Magic Keyboard 12.9 inch for 3rd/4th generation iPad Pro, appropriate box, and CoverBuddy Case. Ive heard that this also fits the deals 5th generation M1 but grain of salt as I never tried. Box is not available for the CoverBuddy Case. The magic keyboard is fully working just with some wear in some photos shown. The CoverBuddy Case also has corners that have chipped / broken away near speaker and charger port but still fits well and covers the iPad whenever taking notes or just not attached on the Magic Keyboard, it was $50 retail when I got it.
