Normal wear for decades old jacket. Left cuff zipper broken, right cuff zipper missing some teeth. Other zippers work. Sleeve length is approximately 25 inch from shoulder to cuff. [EDIT] After taking some sleeve measurements I noticed a seam that's coming apart in the left sleeve. I added a picture to the listing and some more detailed pictures of the cuff zippers.
