Why flax?
Flax is a fibrous plant that has been cultivated by man for 7,500 years.
Currently, it is widely used in many areas. Flax seeds are used in cosmetics, cooking, medicine and herbal medicine.
Flax fibers are used to make fabrics, threads, ropes, insulation materials and even dressings that accelerate wound healing.
Linen has antiseptic, bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties, does not cause allergies and is resistant to fungi.
Linen fabrics are characterized by excellent absorbency, they do not pick up static, they prevent perspiration and have the ability to thermoregulate.
Linen is extremely durable, and the more often it is washed, the softer it is satiated.
Perfectly fits the idea of "zero waste", it is completely biodegradable.
Made:
Pure linen pads are a great alternative to disposable products that are produced with the use of chemicals that can penetrate the body.
Sanitary pads made of high-quality, safe materials, sewn with love, with exceptional care and hygiene, depending on the needs.
The origin of linen: Poland and Lithuania.
Origin of PUL, threads and snaps - Poland.
I do not use polyester threads, only 100% cotton.
I use Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified materials.
Linen pads are sewn in Poland.
It takes about 4 hours to make 1 piece.
Made with love and attention to every detail.
How to use?
Use underwear as you would when using disposable sanitary pads. Adjust the size of the linen pads - there are 4 sizes. Place the pad with the terry (frotte) side on top and the press snap on the underside. Close the snap.
Soak the used sanitary pad in cold water without detergents (as longer as better). Try to remove the dirt by hand rubbing it vigorously.
Wash by hand at a temperature of up to 40℃ = 104℉, preferably with gray (natural) soap.
Do not machine wash after each use.
Allowed one washing in the washing machine after the end of menstruation.
Do not use fabric softener as it may cause allergy.
Caution:
Remember that linen pads without PUL may leak.
Small linen pad (19 cm = 7 31⁄64 in) is without terry (frotte).
Sanitary pads are a hygienic product, therefore I cannot accept returns.
