Our dual purpose serving tray - cutting boards are custom made to order. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all our boards are constructed with the highest quality workmanship and have lightning fast turnaround times. They are constructed of all natural untreated wood, specifically maple with poplar inserts. The glue used is Titebond II which is 100% food safe and sealed with Howard's butcher block cutting board oil (4 coats) and waxed with Howard's cutting board wax (3 coats). The oil is all natural food grade mineral oil with vitamin E added and the wax is also food safe mineral oil based with all natural beeswax and Brazilian Carnunba oil added. Prior to applying all boards are quadruple sanded from 80 grit down to 2000! All engraving is done with a state of the art fiber laser engraver onsite. Complete with 6 inch stainless steel handles attached for easy carrying and serving. Approximate size is 19” X 10" X 1 3/8” thick.
