MINTON produced the elegant St. James pattern from 1971 - 1998 deals and it remains ever-popular for a formal dining table. This vintage dinnerware was produced on ivory-coloured porcelain featuring smoky-blue ovals alternating with gold diamond-shapes along a ribbon of cobalt-blue. The striking decoration is trimmed along both sides in gold and another band of gold accents the wide rim of the Oval Platter. This is the larger-size Meat Platter in this pattern and stands 1 1/4" high on it's footed base and measures 16" long x 12" at widest point. No chips, cracks, crazing or signs of wear are noted and this Platter would be an excellent addition to an existing collection. The price includes shipping within North America.
