A little bit about the chakra system:

Crystals with essential oils have proven very powerful. Using crystals and essential oils create energy potential and healing previously unavailable to our conscious mind. This oil/crystal combination is discussed in the kit material.

A chart is included with each kit which explains each chakra, where it is located, properties unique to it, the essential oil blend which corresponds with that chakra and an affirmation is included with each chakra as well.

Each kit includes :

Blends are at a 5% dilution rate when combined with a carrier oil. This is the recommended dilution for an adult for occasional use.
