All the hard part is done all the intricate cutting and fitting of the fronts and they are deals ready for you to paint to your taste. There is a lot of saving by finishing it yourself .Intermediate modeling shills are required, some sanding/painting.10-15 day lead time but often ships quicker. Sometimes I offer these finished with an up charge but only if I have the time to do them.
2-4 week lead time ships Fedex when built and finished they are often done earlier email me for more definite info on lead time. Unfinished models are done sooner!

Model details: These are the choices you can order from the drop down menu:
(1)-1/64 SCALE DIORAMA TALL FRONT SHOWROOM with FRONT OR SIDE ENTRY DOORs, side doors slide up and out , holds 8 to 10 cars depending on the models. Clear windows and door are etched to show window joint and door lines. Approximately 13.5" by 7" by 3" high at the lower level 4.5" at the tall front. Comes with sales people figures, and a custom sign tell what you want on the sign.
(2)-Tall Modern showroom either with or without the loft car display area inside with Faux car lift to loft. 13" wide by 7.5" deep by 5.25" high. Loft area holds about 3 model cars loft is not functional just an aesthetic. Comes with sales people figures, and a custom sign tell what you want on the sign.
(3)-Large Showroom-Very large windows. side people and garage doors both slide up and out.15" wide 5.5" deep and 3" high.
(4)-Small Showroom-both people and garage side doors open and slide up and out. 10.5" wide by 5.5' deep by 3" high
General Details:
1-Complete assembled Building with my own designed easy fit corners two mounted on the front and two on the back wall. Nice easy to assemble system have been using it for years it has been copied by others on ebay.
2-Front is made of solid wood and MDF all doors can slide up and out to pose as opened all tracks are installed for you. The walls and roof are all wood products MDF good material for you to paint as you wish.
3-Laser cut doors they are more uniform than hand cut items.
4-get a quality model at a discount put your own touches on it as far as color, decals any other graphics you may want.
