It has a lipstick holder that is hidden & set in the handle. It opens by pulling it out from inside the handle & then using the Hand cut & applied little slide with the cut knob to adjust it to your needs. Marked as Silver with German Hallmarks of Crown & Moon designates it being made in Germany. It is from the 1900s Era. It's a Incredible Piece of History as these were the perfect item for women in that era as it easily fit in a small purse/ bag !!
