Pictured is an end grain cutting board made from purple heart and deals oak. This cutting board pattern is also offered in purple heart and maple or sapele (a brown wood) and maple (See other listings). End grain cutting boards are ideal as they not only look great in your kitchen but they are easier on your knives and are more durable than long grain boards. These make excellent housewarming or wedding gifts. Each cutting board is finished with a durable FDA approved food-safe oil and finish. This, as with all of my offerings, is available in custom sizes and woods. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any specific requests.
