deals Fabulous circa 1960s Murano Glass Pheasants, pair by Alfredo Barbini for Salviati & Co. Italian. Clear mouth/hand blown glass with gold inclusions and controlled bubbles. On round bases. Measure approximately 12-14" length, 9" height, 4" deep. One pheasant has a straight tail, the other tail is turned under at the end. Near perfect condition with one very small bit of slight roughness under one bird's beak, hardly worth mentioning and maybe part of manufacture. MCM design and artistry at its best! Will be well wrapped and double boxed to arrive safely. Unsigned but unmistakably the work of Barbini for Salviati.
