4 Copper and Enamel Shell Plates or Coasters deals by Annemarie Davidson with Wooden Stand, Seashell Coasters, 4 Small Copper Shell Plates

This is a set of 4 copper and enamel plates or drink coasters, each with a different seashell design. These plates were made by California modernist artist Annemarie Davidson, who was described by Modernism Magazine as being "responsible for some of the finest enamels in the second half of the 20th Century." The wooden stand may have been made by Blaine Rath, a California-based woodworker and friend of Davidson with whom she often collaborated.

Measurements: These little plates are 4 inches in diameter.

Condition: There are two small chips in enamel; one chip is on the scallop plate, and the other is on the nautilus plate deals (see pictures). Each plate still has an Annemarie Davidson sticker on the back.
