Antique French curtains LARGE pair 1930's sateen Shabby-chic with raised floral motifs, home deals decor, upholstery, craft !

These vibrant 1930's Antique/Vintage French curtains are unique pieces !

The fabric is a beautiful sateen texture featuring lovely raised floral motifs on a deep silky pink background.
They are backed with a beige fabric and have been very well made, still have the hooks at the back at each pleat. (7 pleats)
Today they are full of charming past glory and could be marvelously used or re-used.

A rare stylish find in authentic condition, the textile was obviously a luxury quality and the curtains retain that feeling, even though they show traces of their past prestigious life !

The photos hardly do justice to the vibrancy and originality of these pieces....Do zoom in to get a better idea, but the effect is best conveyed by seeing them yourself !
In good vintage condition, a little minor fading in a narrow vertical band along the outer edges of each panel.

I have shown them as I found them at a wonderful Brocante market - I think it would be good to have them dry cleaned if you intend to hang them and embellish your home with a true vintage French touch;
Also great for upholstery, cushions deals, craft projects !
