Placed it in a case since I've owned it and the only drops it has suffered was from my bed to the floor and it managed to get chips in the back, so I think it may just be a factory coating problem (I tried to get it in the photos). The screen has no cracks that I can see but the privacy screen protector is starting to see it's time, it will also include a case that has a built in magnet and a 32 gig sd card. Does not include power cable or brick.
