Four Royal Doulton deals England Pekin Plates - Transferware Japanese Stye Victorian Era Luncheon Bread Salad Plates

This is a colorful set of four, Victorian era, antique Royal Doulton English plates. There is a hand-colored transferware design of a pheasant perched on a tree, surrounded by leaves and blossoms with a dark green line bordering each rim. Royal Doulton produced these "Pekin" plates from 1916 - 1941. Two plates are in MINT condition. Two have stress fractures. They have a lovely fine crazing overall.

The plates measure 7.5" by 1" tall.

Full printed factory marks with hand-painted D4003 pattern number and English registration numbers 597,783/659,100. These are lovely pieces that would make the perfect gift for a collector! Please send questions.
