NOTES Very rare and unusual vintage small cruet / pitcher with cork stopper by Peter Pots Pottery in West Kingston, RI. Producing fine pottery and stoneware since 1948, Peter Pots Pottery was founded by Oliver and Elizabeth Greene while they were students at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Providence. From student sidewalk sales, the business moved to several locations before settling in 1954 in West Kingston at Glen Rock Mill, an historic former woolen and grist mill, where it has been in continuous daily operation. Critically acclaimed and award-winning, Peter Pots has partnered with Gorham Silver Company, Neiman Marcus, Holt Howard Associates, and other retailers. Today, this functionally beautiful pottery is sold exclusively from the mill showroom in West Kingston and online. Glazes are in a color palette (seagull blue, mahogany brown, deals and spruce greene) that is unique to Peter Pots; each piece is distinctively handcrafted.
Price is for one (1) cruet / pitcher. Seller has four (4) cruets / pitchers. Please choose from three (3) variations - light with vertical brown stripes, light with vertical brown & white stripes, dark with wrapped "S" design.
