This scarf is handknit with my handspun yarn. The yarn used is 100% pure mohair. The scarf is aproximately 56" in length and 13.5" wide and was knit in a pattern called The Fisherman's Rib. It is lightweight, yet warm, and can be dressed up or worn casually. This scarf is wide enough to also be work as a stole or wrap.

It is made from a premium quality material: 100% Mohair.
Mohair is often not good to wear *against the skin* and is more comfortable worn as a second layer garment.

::CARE::
S2K handspun yarns are not superwash fibers and should be washed by hand. Never put in a washer or tumbled in a dryer.
The best way to care for handknits for the longest wear is to wash it by hand in cool water with a product made for knits or a gentle shampoo. Gently squeese excess water out by rolling in a towel and then lay it flat on a towel to dry.
With proper care your handknit item will last for many seasons.
