The mugshot sign is a chalkboard that comes with chalk and you can write anything you want on it. It did not come standard with deals the outfit, it was bought separately. I am 5'-4" and the women's costume fit perfectly in height for me. My husband is 6' and the men's was the perfect length on him with boots.
