Complete in box. Comes with the box, tray, manual, and game. Please note this is the Japanese version of Mega Man X and will only work on a Super Famicom, a modified SNES (remove tabs in console; Youtube for tutorial), a SNES with a converter cart, or an after market console like the one shown in the last picture (system not included; shown only for testing purposes). Box is a bit rough and has some stains/fraying but is sturdy and good otherwise. Tray has a cut as shown but decent, manual is in good shape with some creases but nothing too bad, and the cart is in good shape with the sticker coming off the edges a little bit (also some yellowing on the cart due to the deals SNES/SFC cart chemicals used when making the shells).
