The hallmarks indicate this piece is no later than the 1920s so I believe it to be Art Deco and David Anderson as per the hallmark (pictured) Beautiful quilted diamond feet. Has a presentation marker (silver enamel) which indicates this piece was given to someone in the deals Norway Horseshoe or Horse Foundation. Weighs 8.4 ozt. Approx 7” across the top and 3” tall. No monograms Beautiful piece.
