I will only ship healthy plants (unless otherwise stated). Please be mindful of your weather conditions. Plants are living things so do not allow your packages outside in hot or freezing temperatures. A short amount of time on a hot porch or mailbox will most likely damage plants, the same is true for freezing temperatures. I highly recommend that someone be home to accept packages. It is normal for plants to show signs of stress during shipping. Some of these signs include yellowing of lower leaves, drooping, or some cosmetic blemishes such as bruising or browning. Yellowed leaves or blemishes will not recover but new growth will be healthy.
Due to Covid-19 and changes within the USPS, delays are possible. Once the post office receives the package I cannot control what happens to it after. I am not responsible for packages or items that are stolen from porches, lost, damaged, delayed, or confiscated (different states have different laws and regulations regarding plants).
Buyers can contact their local post office about missing packages by filing out a missing mail search or by getting GPS delivery coordinates if marked delivered. Unfortunately plants are non-insurable through USPS and other shipping methods. Due to their perishable nature they fall under non-payable claims. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
