Authentic set: Soviet VDV canteen + Soveit VDV portable hand saw.

1) An authentic Soviet Russian Paratrooper VDV 3pcs mess kit with a canvas bag for keeping the set in.
A light and compact cooking kit designed and manufactures for a Soviet paratrooper.
Made of aluminium, (not plastic!) from 1970s.
Never used, unissued. In a perfect condition.
Sold from the soviet military surplus.

The kit consists of 3 pieces and a canvas bag:
a canteen, a pot, a scoop, a canvas bag.

All three pieces deals are held together (in one another) by a locking handle.
The set goes along with a canvas cover bag of green olive color.
The canteen goes with a cap on a chain. The pot and cup go with a handle.

The total weight of the set with a cover bag is 640g (1.4 pounds).
The kit is covered with a solid oil aka cosmoline (for a better storage in a military warehouse conditions) which needs to be removed before usage.
There's a stamp on the handle with KB Russian letters, which stands for the Leningrad Factory “Krasniy Vyborzhets”


2) Portable VDV handsaw: light and sturdy. Unissued.

The saw goes along with an instruction (in Russian Language) and a black bag to keep the saw in.
