Inspired by the movie adaptation of Stephen King's IT. I turned Pennywise into a young girl with blonde ponytails, as if she was the clown, but she has no fear unlike what the clown tries to instill in everyone deals. I loved including the details of the clown costume, red balloon and little paper boat.
