These earrings were among the earliest of the 2-sided earrings, where the drop hangs from both the front stud & back clutch. These are the last pair left from the sample line of that series.

A series of earrings complimenting the various Baby Pendants in polished sterling locked into silk cords, were these dangles threaded on loops of silk.

This particular pair is a bit funky, as they're deals not an identical matched pair. It appears 1/2 the pair is the original casting designed for this earring, & the other may be a hand-fabricated stand-in, possibly assembled before a show, or to replace a lost half-pair.

In any case it's an unusual design, a rare piece, & certainly a unique pair!
