Purchased the system back on 4/2019 . I told dyson I probably used this only about 10 times total . As you can see in photos there is a small crack or piece missing where you lock the attachments in with the lock button. I'm able to use this for a few minutes at a time before it starts to loosen up and attachment starts comes out while styling. There is some light nicks . They body itself works great !! It's just keeping attachments on for a full style may not always be possible( I would hold the pieces in place while styling myself ) . I was told by a dyson service tech , unfortunately this issue can not be fixed and was probably due to dropping it or laying it down hard . I don't really recall how it happened.
