Wow!! All eyes will be on you in this stunning retro 1980's dress by What's Up by Carol. It has it all. From the puffy sleeves (tulle lining) , sweetheart neckline, sheer mesh over layer is embroidered and sequined. Body hugging to the mermaid hem. The ruffled bottom has 2 layers of fabric and a doubled tulle layer with a high /low hem. Low cut back. Large flower rosettes on the front side. It looks like a dress I would have seen on Joan Collins in Dynasty. It has a back zip. 100% polyester. Dry clean. Made in USA. It is marked a size 10, Today's size 4. It measures 47" long in the front, 57" in back. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17" across under the arms deals, 14" at the waist, 18" at the hips. It's in very good condition. There are a some loose threads on the embroidery and a few loose or missing sequins. The lining at the neckline is discolored/stained (last photo)It can not be see when worn.
