Vintage deals 1940s Black Fascinator Mini Small Doll Toy Tilt Hat with Tassels / Vintage 40s Small Black Hat

Darling late 1930s early 1940s mini black hat.
Rayon faille base with the top wrapped in felted wool and finished with grosgrain ribbon around the underside edges.
Strands of felted wool, that feel closer to suede, are knotted together in one big knot at the crown, with the deals remainder hanging at the back or side of the hat.
Stretchy strap for under the chin, or under the hair in back. You can also hide this strap and use pins to hold in place.
Mint condition.
