Our products are screen printed using a permanent ink that is also dishwasher resistant. Hand washing recommended for longer lifespan print quality.
Design must be identical on all shot glasses within your order. If you need more than one design, separate orders must be place for each design wanted.
You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 1-3 business days. Please make sure to check your Etsy messages inbox during this period. During busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 5 business days.
Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way. After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production.
We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If digital sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with new ship date.
You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you deals need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your shot glasses will already have been sent to production.
Choose quantity from first drop-down menu, and print color from second menu. Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders need to be placed for each print color wanted.

• Names and date. If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know date needed by, so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time.

• Any special instructions you might have.

STANDARD PRODUCTION:
7-15 business days (2-3 weeks) depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 3-week max handling time, however, during busy times, this estimate is closer to this period.
RUSH PRODUCTION:
If you would like to upgrade to rush production, please contact us with quantity needed, your shipping address, and your need-by date. We will look into all options available and send you a quote right away.
Please note that upgrading to rush production does not include faster shipping. Rush upgrade is for production time only. If you also need to expedite shipping, please let us know, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.
Production cut-off time is 10:00 am Monday-Friday. Orders placed/approved after 10 am will not go into production until the next business day.
Production times are based on business days, and it does not include weekends or holidays.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections in print are not considered flaws. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.
