Pichu Holo “Double Spiral” No. 172 / Neo Genesis Set / (Japan, 2000) ***RARE*** As seen in pics, this Pichu Holo card has a rare Double ‘animated' Spiral. The 1st is a top down swirl to the left, with the curl at the bottom. 2nd is bottom up swirl, to the right with the curl on top. Both swirls interlock creating a cool hypno vortex. There are two really small half swirl curly cues to the bottom right of the Double Swirl. Overall condition is excellent. An easy 9 to 9.5. NM to M, with minor scratch line on reverse (see pic w/ arrow). There are some subtle reveal of the holo deals layer on the edge of card which were impossible to photograph. I've seen lesser cards grade the same. It can be common to see a swirl show up on one of these Pichu Holo cards from this set, but try finding a Double Swirl. One of my favorite cards that I pulled from a booster pack almost 23 years ago. Pika Pika ^__^.
