Baby mermaid's face is delicately and beautifully hand painted and each topper is varnished and sealed.

Cold Porcelain Paste is made from 100% earth friendly, NON TOXIC ingredients :). It will not shatter if dropped, it does not fade or loose its shape or color brilliance. It can be easily cleaned with a damp clothe.
