Joseph Warner was in business from only 1953-1971, so his jewelry has become highly collectible and is getting harder to find. Bracelet Features Beautiful Ornate Gold Spirals and Open Work. Focal Point is a Porcelain Transfer Lady Portrait Cameo w/ Hand Painted Detail Mounted on Black Glass. Very Good Condition w only small sign of normal age related wear to gold plating along the rim. Does not detract as these pics are magnified to show detail . Clamper fits average size wrist comfortably. There is some leeway for larger wrist as the clamper is open ended and spring loaded to stretch. Measures 2.36"L x 2.5" W. Diameter inside is 2"L x 2.36"W.
