Harrison Fisher "Great Moments in a Girl's Life" Framed Antique Postcard Set, Printed by E deals J Schwabe Mfg, circa 1920

This is a beautiful and hard to find framed set of Harrison Fisher's "Great Moments in a Girl's Life" post cards, published by E J Schwabe MFG NY, circa 1920. The post cards each depict a great moment in a women's life; the rights of passage of an early 20th century young lady including "The Wedding," "The Honeymoon" etc. Harrison Fisher was a renowned American illustrator whose work featured in magazines and postcards. He was famous for his depictions of strong feminine women with elegant hats and hair stylings. The post card set is likely in its original frame with a custom matting. The series title and individual card labels are glued to back. Frame measures 27.75 x 9.75 inches.

The post cards and matting are in excellent antique condition with no tears or cracks. Color is strong. The only wear is a small water stain on far right post card as shown in last listing image. The glass and elegant gold painted wood frame are structurally sound with very little surface wear. Frame has not been opened.
