1. Purchase your customized portrait and send an Etsy message with your HIGH-RESOLUTION photo attached, or you can message me for my email. The better the quality of your photo, the better I'm able to digitally remaster your original.
2. I will send you a proof for your review within 24-28 hours, through Etsy messages.
3. I will ask that for you review your proof within 2 business days for prompt confirmation and delivery. One proof revision request free of charge. Please note that revision requests can extend your processing time by 1-2 business days. If we do not receive a reply within 2 business days, we reserve the right to complete and ship your order without further notice.
4. Once your proof has been approved, we will move it to production.
