Because of that, she will not "answer" or talk. Someone will need a "triangle bit" to deals open her up and see if it can be fixed. There is some fading on the plastic and her rubber legs. The cords for the phone are all present. So is her comb, still sealed. Her clothes and hair ribbon are present. Box, instructions, tie downs and plastic are all present. Battery compartment is crystal clean.
