My mugs are 100% handmade in Spain & Latvia, applying minimum 3 layers of enamel coating, and the print is fired using special glazing colours at really high temperatures (over 1000ºC). This makes the mugs resistant to UV, scratches, as well as being campfire and dishwasher safe. There's no possibility to scratch the design off, it will not melt on the campfire and it will not fade off nor turn yellow over time. The only way to 'delete' the print is to actually smash the mug.
