In good used condition. All games are untested. Rogue Warriors is sealed. For collectors, Splatterhouse is in good condition. With one very minor scratch on the disc. The disc is very clean overall though, other than the minor scratch. The slipcover has a slight indentation on it. The remaining games are also good. A couple have some slight discoloring on the inside of the discs. But, I have found this to be pretty normal deals for used XBOX 360 games. This shouldn't affect the performance. There aren't any scratches on the remaining XBOX game discs. Just those slight discolorations.
