~In my opinion this treasure is in good condition for being over 100 years old....a very nice find....AND...this book has a bonus...on page 195 there is a Four leaf clover that was pressed in this book...see pictures...pretty cool...

~The pages are intact, the bindings have some wear, it is an old book and used...so expect wear from age and use...

The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received and packaged in the same manner. The buyer will need to purchase shipping insurance if the item cost exceeds $100.
