"Carousel Rabbit" is one of a series of 11 carousel animal etchings I created during the years from 1989 to 1991. I have only two prints left out of an edition of 350 (plus 35 Artist's Proofs). The remainder have been sold out for many years. I do have one or more available of most of the other animal carousels, including the first horse (see listing), the giraffe, zebra, ostrich and others. Convo me for more information.
My etchings are heirloom quality, printed on an etching press one at a time, then dried, flattened and hand colored in water colors. I pencil sign each print with the title, number and signature. You'll also receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
The image size is about 6"x 6" with an overall paper size of about 11.25"x 10.25" and is printed on ivory Somerset deals English 100% rag, deckle edged paper. The serial number of your etching might differ from the one in the photo, but the hand coloring is very consistent. The etching is unframed, but is attached to an acid-free mat board and packaged in a clear sleeve. This protects the etching during shipment and until you have it matted and framed.
