Excellent condition for age Very vibrant blue high neck, V cut back-Alfred Werber of Saint Louis I believe this to be 50s-60s due to the metal zipper and placement in the back but I'm not an expert It feels like crushed velvet but no tag for material Tagged size deals 13 but check measurements as the waist is much smaller than the hips and there is no stretch to this material Measured from the front laying flat: About 48” long About 19“ pit to pit About 13“ at the waist A line tapers from 13 inches at the waist to about 60 inches at the hem Sleeves about 16 inches from the collar seam to the cuff Back zipper is about 14 inches long with a hook and fabric eye at the top (hook needs another stitch to secure it as it's become loose) Note there are about four small areas of discoloration on the back left arm and shoulder area as shown unsure if they can be treated This item is sold as is.
