Good pre-loved condition. Does have some exterior flaws. There are icicles on the palace tower tops that have been broken off. That's the extent of the damage. The interior is super clean, stickers don't have any damage. Buttons, lights, and sounds are all in working order. Exterior tower button lights up the top and plays the tune “Into the unknown”. Comes with some furniture and figures which includes: Olaf, Anna, Christof, and Sven figures. 2 beds( Anna & Elsa's) 1 dining table, 1 small chair, 1 tall chair, 1 couch, 1 dresser, deals and Olaf's hammock. Accessories are in great shape, only the very small paint loss or color transfer found on the dining table and Olaf's hammock.
