Item is open, complete, and in excellent condition. Included is a wired cape for Zarbon that I bought off ebay just before I quit being a collector, so it's still new. I am NOT selling either item separately, so please don't ask. I will NOT accept low offers. If you want to use the wired cape you'll have to take the white plastic bit off his plastic cape by being very careful and just pop it out, then you'll need to glue deals it on to the wired cape. If you need more help I'd suggest trying to find it on ebay. Also you can purchase an extra plastic cape on ebay instead if you want to leave this one alone, which is what I was going to do before I quit collecting.
