Sea deals Bowl by Joel Patton

Here's a handmade ceramic pottery bowl, inspired by ocean shapes and textures.

I handbuilt this piece out of stoneware clay, then added a variety of homemade glazes. This one has a cream lava-effect glaze and a turquoise glaze inside, with some red accents.

This one is better suited to be an accent bowl or objet-d'art. If nothing else, there are holes in the bottom. Artistic holes, but still.

It's 2 inches deep on the deals high sides and about 5 inches around.
