Create your perfect two, three, four or five bay car barn. Or, build a barn with a combination of vehicle spaces, storage and workshop areas. The plans start with a 24' wide by 42' deep barn with stairs up to a high and dry storage loft. Optional 12'x24' shed roof buildings, included with the plans, can be added to the sides and back at the time of construction or at any later time. You can customize your barn with your choice of exterior materials and colors. Detailed drawings are architect-designed and engineered for economical pole-barn or post-frame construction. They are engineered to meet and exceed deals code requirements, or to be easily adapted to meet code requirements, in all states but Florida. They should only be ordered for construction within the U.S., outside of Florida. Copies have been built across the rest of the States.
Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
