Diaper, hair bows and socks are new replacements and not original to the doll. The gown is a doll gown but it is not original to the doll. The Cabbage Patch logo is an iron on transfer and has been added. There are a couple of light marks on the face near the mouth. Please note that doll is approximately 40 years old and may have pilling and or light surface staining on cloth body and light scuffing / marks on vinyl face. There could also be popped stitching.
