SILK PRINT of Original BATIK of VERNAL FALLS Yosemite National Park

This is a very colorful fall landscape of Vernal Falls in Yosemite National Park; the original is a Batik (wax resist technique with layers of dyes) that I created many years ago. The original hung deals in the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite Valley. It depicts Vernal Falls as one would see it from the bridge before starting the hike up to the top of the falls. This is a lovely landscape with staying power.

This is a gorgeous SILK PRINT which I will create for you. It is 11" tall and 8.5" wide. There is a 1/4" white border around the perimeter for framing purposes. Silk is a favorite for the 12th anniversary, I am told. But it is lovely for any special occasion. This is really a VERY SPECIAL PRINT. The SILK is fine Habotai. The DESIGN is printed directly onto the silk (by me) which is comes to you with a foam core backing and in a plastic sleeve. The silk retains a shimmery quality and is quite lovely.

Centered on the back of the foam core, I will prepare a Custom Message from you on a 4.25 X 5.5 note from you on fine card stock. This is fully customizable. I will print whatever you would like. This makes for a very special gift and shows the level of care you took to make it so.
